Which tea should I choose?

Our blends are carefully concocted to create a sensory experience using natural ingredients. Different flavours, sensations and colours combine to create something truly unique. Whichever one you choose it will be an adventure. 

How should I prepare the tea?

Preparation instructions and serving suggestions differ for each tea and can be found on the back of the packaging. There are many ways to enjoy tea, the best way is the one that works for YOU.

How are orders sent? How much will it cost? 

Orders are sent out twice weekly via Australia Post. Parcel postage costs $9.70. Envelope postage for gift certificates costs $1.20. If your order value is over $60 all postage costs are waived.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our tea is hand blended in small batches and packaged by hand. Orders may take up to 2 weeks to be packaged and sent. Once sent, your order should reach you within 4-6 days. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up at our Rundle St tea room.

What does On Backorder mean? Can I still order an item if it is On Backorder?

Yes! You can still order an item if it says On Backorder. This just means that this item isn’t packaged and ready to go, but can be made and sent out within 1 – 2 weeks. The time frame for sending out items On Backorder will be a little bit longer than if it says In Stock. Your order will be sent when all items from the same order are ready.

At this time we only only send orders within Australia
